Cancellation Policy
1.1 Conditions for Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing, production, or shipping stage.
Once an order has been processed, entered production, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
As our products (dog apparel) are often made-to-order or prepared shortly after purchase, processing may begin quickly.
For digital products (if applicable), orders cannot be canceled once the file has been delivered or made available.
Cancellation for digital products is only considered if the file has not been delivered within 48 business hours after purchase.
1.2 Cancellation Request Time
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order so we can check the order status.
Cancellation requests are handled based on the order status at the time of the request.
For digital products, cancellation requests may only be submitted after 48 business hours if the file has not been received.
1.3 Cancellation Outcome
If the order has not yet been processed, we will review the cancellation request and process it accordingly.
If the order has already entered processing, production, or shipping, the cancellation request may be declined.
For digital products:
- Cancellation is not allowed once the file has been delivered or made available
- If the file has not been delivered within 48 business hours, the request will be reviewed
- Issues related to incorrect or defective files will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy, not as a cancellation
